摘要
硅藻作为一种天然、多孔、高比表面积和具有多种功能特性的生物,大规模培养以生产微纳米材料具有潜在的应用前景。实验以威氏海链藻(Thalassiosira weissflogii)为材料,分别研究了6个不同梯度的初始pH(6.0、7.0、8.0、8.5、9.0、10.0)和NaHCO3浓度(0、50、100、150、200、250 mg·L-1)对该藻的生长影响。实验结果表明,初始pH和NaHCO3都对威氏海链藻生长影响显著,该藻分别在初始pH为9、NaHCO3浓度为200mg·L-1时生长最佳,从节约成本考虑,NaHCO3浓度在100 mg·L-1时为最佳用量。威氏海链藻有较强的调节能力,培养液pH从第4天起被调整到稳定值;NaHCO3通过调节pH影响硅藻生长的作用有限,主要还是通过提供碳源促进硅藻的生长。
As a natural and porous plankton with high specific surface area, diatoms can be used for mass production of micro- and nano-materials. Effects of different initial pH values (6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, 10.0) and sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) concentrations (0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 mg·L-1) on the growth of Thalassiosira weissflogii were studied. Results showed that initial pH and NaHCO3 concentrations were both important influence factors for the growth of T. weissflogii; the diatom grew best in pH 9.0 and NaHCO3 concentration of 200 mg · L-1. From the view of cost savings, the most economically efficient dosage of NaHCO3 concentration was 100 mg · L-1. Furthermore, the diatom had the ability to adjust pH. The pH of culture mediums was adjusted to a stable value after 4 days, and the diatoms maintained stable pH in the media. The impact of NaHCO3 was limited by adjusting pH to affect the growth of the diatom, promoting diatom growth mainly through the provision of carbon source.
