摘要
以普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)为研究对象进行低温等离子体诱变,测定培养期间小球藻的生物量、总脂含量及脂肪酸组成等指标,旨在筛选获得生长速度快、油脂含量高的小球藻突变株。结果表明:诱变筛选得到3株油脂含量高的藻株,其中诱变株M1的总脂含量、中性脂含量、总脂产率及中性脂产率分别为37. 28%、19. 12%、8. 20 mg/(L·d)和4. 21 mg/(L·d),较野生株分别提高了103. 5%、133. 5%、163. 7%和202. 9%;M1的生物量和蛋白质含量也有一定程度的提高;M1藻细胞油脂中的MUFA和PUFA含量分别为44. 0%和19. 8%,较野生株分别提高了23. 6%和32. 9%,作为生物柴油指标的十八烯酸C18∶1含量也较野生株提高了64. 9%。
The Chlorella vulgaris was irradiated by low-temperature plasma,and the biomass,lipid content and fatty acid composition of the screened mutants in the incubation periods were analyzed so as to obtain the mutant with fast growth and high oil-producing. The results showed that three strains of microalgae with high lipid content were isolated. The total lipid content,neutral lipid content,total lipid productivity and neutral lipid productivity of the mutant M1 were 37. 28%,19. 12%,8. 20 mg/(L·d)and 4. 21 mg/(L· d),respectively,which increased by 103. 5%,133. 5%,163. 7% and 202. 9%compared with the wild strain. The biomass and protein content of M1 increased to some extent. Compared with the wild strain,the content of MUFA and PUFA in M1 algae oil increased by 23. 6% and32. 9%,and their contents were 44. 0% and 19. 8%,respectively. Compared with the wild strain,C18∶ 1 in M1 algae oil as a biodiesel index also increased by 64. 9%.
