摘要
构建高校学生工作的素质能力培养体系,能够充分发挥学生工作在人才培养中的重要作用,实现学生工作育人模式的整体创新,有效激发全体学生自主成才的积极性和青春活力。构建学生工作素质能力培养体系应创新思路,在围绕人才培养目标确定素质能力指标、搭建实践育人平台、设立具体项目模块、构建体系化的基础上进行规范化的制度设计。
The construction college student administrative of the quality and ability cultivation system gives full play to the work and embodies the innovative educational mode, which can effectively stimulate students＇ initiative and youthful vigor. This essay puts forward a new idea of constructing the quality and ability cultivation system for college student administrative work （QAS）, proposes a package of programs and methods to determine the quality and ability indicators around the talent cultivation goals, sets up the platform for practice education, establishes concrete project modules, and designs the normalized principles.
