摘要
社会的发展需要大学培养出综合素质优秀的人才,CDIO教育大纲要求工科大学生具备工程基础知识、个人技能和态度、人际团队和工程系统四种能力,将非专业素质置于举足轻重的地位。本文通过探索在工科院校开设文学专题课程,将文学中蕴涵丰富的爱国主义、理想信念、人格品质、审美情趣、创新精神等非专业素质教育资源传授给大学生,培养他们的非专业素质,实现高校为社会输送综合素质优秀的人才的教育目的。
The social development needs university to develop comprehensive quality talents.CDIO education program requires engineering students have basic knowledge of engineering,personal skills and attitudes,interpersonal team and engineering systems,places the non-specialized quality in a decisive role.Through exploring literary courses in engineering colleges,this paper introduced the educational resources for non-specialized quality which are rich in literature to students,such as,patriotism,ideals and beliefs,personality traits,aesthetics,innovation and so on,to develop their non-specialized quality and achieve the educational purposes that colleges and universities develop talents with comprehensive quality to the society.
