摘要 颅脑创伤后产生的非感染性的神经炎症反应是一个重要的继发性病理生理反应。Toll样受体(TLRs)不仅可以介导感染性的炎症反应,还可以识别内源性配体介导非感染性的炎症反应。而TLRs在颅脑创伤后神经炎症反应中作用的研究目前还不多见,本文就颅脑创伤后神经炎症以及TLRs的表达分布、作用效应、信号通路等方面进行简要综述。 Noninfectious neuroinflammation induced by activated microglia after traumatic brain injury is an important secondary pathophysiological response. Toll like receptors on immune cells not only mediate infectious inflammation, but also mediate noninfectious inflammation, The studies about the effect of Toll like receptors on neuroinflammation following traumatic brain injury are rare at present, and how to effectively modulate neuroinflam mation mediated by Toll like receptors signaling pathway is an important issue. The authors review the current situa tion and research progress about this issue.
