神经炎症与术后认知功能障碍的相关性研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)广泛报道于各种外科手术之后,其导致的医疗和社会问题日趋严重,目前POCD的发病机制尚不明确,存在多种学说,但大部分学说最终都涉及到神经炎症。大量对动物及人体的研究也显示神经炎症与POCD高度相关,且抗炎策略对POCD的防治有效。因此,对神经炎症的深入研究或许可以有效防治POCD。
