摘要
通过对中医内科学临床见习带教工作的情况进行分析研究,针对在临床见习带教工作中的存在带教教师教学意识不强、教学积极性不高、教学能力缺乏、教学方法陈旧单一、人手紧张等问题,提出了相应的对策。
Through the study and analysis of internal medicine clinical teaching work of traditional Chinese medicine department, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the problems like weak teaching consciousness, low teaching enthusiasm, poor teaching ability, and old and single teaching methods, and the shortage of staff.
