摘要 目的:评价临床综述撰写在儿科临床见习教学中的教学效果。方法:通过对两组学生分别应用传统教学方法和在传统的教学方法基础上加临床综述撰写进行教学,观察学生平时学习表现,记录考试成绩。结果:两组学生考试测验成绩比较,综述撰写组优于非综述撰写组(P<0.01),临床综述撰写组学生在学习的主动性和积极性、建立正确的临床思维能力等方面均有提高。结论:临床综述撰写教学方法有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,对提高临床见习效果具有重要作用,值得广大医学教育工作者参考应用。 To evaluate the chnieal review writing in pediatrics and obstetrics apprentice teaching. Methods: The students of both groups were taught by the traditional teaching method and the clinical review writing was added to one of the groups. The academic performance and the discipline transform grade of both groups were observed and their test scores recorded. Results: The review writing group was superior to the non-review writing group in the discipline transform test scores ( P 〈 0.01). The learning initiative and enthusiasm and the ability to establish clinical thinking in the review writing group were increased. Conclusion:Clinical review writing plays an important role in improving students' interest in learning and improving the clinical apprentice teaching.
