摘要
基于问题学习(PBL)教学法在发达国家高校的多种学科中已经被广泛应用,临床医学是综合性和实践性很强的学科,非常适合采用PBL教学法,PBL教学的基本要点是以学生为中心、基于问题、综合地、相互合作和交互式学习.PBL有助于培养和提高学生在自学、临床操作、团队合作、分析问题和解决问题等方面的能力.
Problem-based Learning (PBL) has become a popular method of instruction of many subjects in developed countries. Clinical medicine is a high integrated and practical subject, it is very suited to apply PBL. The minimal essentials for PBL are student-centered, problem-based, integrated,collaborative, and reiterative learning. It is conducive to development of self-directed learning skills, clinical skills, team skills, and problem-solving skills.
