摘要 关于强化血糖控制与糖尿病血管并发症的关系已有大量的临床研究，研究结果显示，强化血糖控制对微血管病变具有肯定意义，但能否改善大血管病变尚不明了。因此，我们就强化降糖治疗对糖尿病微血管并发症和大血管并发症的影响及其可能机理进行阐述。
