摘要
不完善粒是影响小麦容重的重要因素,以研究小麦不完善粒对容重的影响为目标,将不同量的不完善粒加入清理过的完善粒样品中,测定其容重并使用SPSS 17.0统计软件对测定数据进行差异分析.结果显示:随各类型不完善粒含量的增加,各等级小麦样品的容重均呈降低趋势.除黑胚粒外,添加不同量的赤霉病粒、破损粒、生霉粒、生芽粒和虫蚀粒后容重变化量均存在显著的差异(P<0.05),其中赤霉病粒对容重的影响最为显著.
Unsound kernel is an important factor affecting the bulk density of wheat. To study the influence of unsound kernels on the bulk density,we added different contents of unsound kernels into cleaned sound kernel samples,then detected the bulk density and analyzed the measured data with SPSS 17.0. The results showed that the bulk density of each wheat sample showed a decreasing trend as the content of each type of unsound kernels increased. Except black germ kernel,the changes of bulk density had significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）after adding different amounts of gibberella damaged kernel,broken kernel,moldy kernel,sprouted kernel and injured kernel; and the gibberella damaged kernel had the most significant influence on the bulk density.
