摘要 为了探寻稻谷加工过程中不同因子对糙米破碎的影响程度,利用自制的撞击力试验平台研究不同撞击动量下不同品种、不同水分含量的糙米撞击力学特性,并利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对糙米碰撞过程进行仿真。研究结果表明:影响糙米破碎的主要因子主次顺序为撞击动量>水分含量>品种。相同水分含量的同一品种糙米的撞击力大小和其所受撞击动量或撞击速度有关,与其所受撞击持续时间无关。研究的结果和分析方式对于改变碾米机结构设计和降低糙米破碎率等方面具有十分重要的意义。 To explore the impact degree of different factors on breakage degree of brown rice during processing of brown rice,the impact mechanical properties of different varieties of brown rice with different moisture content under different impact momentums were studied with the self-made impact force experimental platform,and the collision process of brown rice was simulated with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The results showed that the main factors affecting the breakage of brown rice were in this order:impact momentum>moisture content>varieties.The magnitude of impact force of the same variety of brown rice with the same water content was related to the impact momentum or impact velocity,rather than the impact duration.The results and analysis methods are of great significance for changing the structure design of rice milling machine and reducing the crushing rate of brown rice.
