摘要
为将苏州建设成文化强市,选拔、引进和培养文化产业管理人才至关重要。然而,苏州市文化产业管理专业人才的培养却存在目标过于宽泛、师资队伍建设滞后、教学方法有待更新、课程体系不够科学和完善等不足。为此,应结合地方特色,合理定位培养目标;围绕能力要素,科学构建教学体系;突出职业技能,强化实践教学环节;设计方向模块,提升职业发展能力。
To make Suzhou a city with strong cultures, it is vital to choose, introduce and cultivate management talents for its cultural industry. However there exist some deficiencies in the management talent cultivation in Suzhou's cultural industry, such as too broad cultivation goal, the lag in teachers' team construction, relatively outdated teaching method, not-so-scientific and optimized course system, etc. Therefore, Suzhou's cultural industry should set cultivation goal reasonably according to local feature, construct the teaching system scientifically with the focus on the ability, strengthen practice teaching with the emphasis on vocational skills and design different direction modules so as to help the talents improve their vocational development ability.
