摘要
文化产业管理专业人才培养机制存在许多不容忽视的问题。要从根本上解决我国文化产业人才奇缺的问题,应该明确教育观念,培养复合型、应用性人才。学校在招生考试制度、课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、教材编写和师资聘用等方面都应该向培养实用型人才倾斜。还要采用灵活多样的教学方法,注重案例教学,开展实践教学,深化理论研究,提高教师理论素养,强化教材应用性,培养多面手的教师。
The cultivating talents mechanism in culture industry management has many important problems. If we want to resolve these problems,we should take countermeasures: universities definitude education ideas and cultivate interdisciplinary and practical talents. Universities also improve enrollment and examination system. Curriculums should be scientific. Universities should set up different elective courses in view of each university study characteristic,teacher's power,student's taste and the state of employment. Universities should pay attention to case teaching and develop practical teaching,they also should deepen theory study, improve teachers theory, level, apply theory in books to practice and cultivate versatile teachers.
