摘要
本文阐述了养成教育的内涵及高职院校养成教育的重要意义。并以湖南有色金属职业技术学院为例,分析了高职院校大学生中存在的不良行为习惯,以及不良行为习惯产生的原因,进而提出高职院校实施养成教育的途径和措施。
This paper expounds the connotation of formative education and the significance of it in vocational colleges. Taking Hanan Nonfat＇onus Metals Vocational and Technical College as an example, it analyzes college studcnls＇ bad behavior habits in vocational colleges and the reasons why they have these bad habits. According to the analysis, the paper puts forward ways and measures to implement formative education in vocational colleges.
