摘要 目的:分析异常糖基化IgA1在过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿肾脏损害中的作用。方法:选取我院2010年7月~2013年3月儿科住院确诊为HSP患儿42例,过敏性紫癜肾炎组(HSPN)58例,以及门诊体检的健康儿童(对照组)50例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测对照组、HSP组和HSPN组血清IgA、IgA1以及蚕豆凝集素(VVL)与血清IgA1的结合力。结果:HSP组和HSPN组血清IgA、IgA1较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),HSP、HSPN组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HSPN组VVL与血清IgA1的结合力明显高于对照组及HSP组(P<0.05)。结论:过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿存在IgA1的异常糖基化。 Objective:To study role of abnormal glycosylation of IgA1in renal injury in children with henoch-schonlein purpura.Methods:Forty-two children that were confirmed as henoch-schonlein purpura were enrolled(HSP group),and 58cases of henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)as well as 50cases of healthy children were also selected.IgA and IgA1in serum,binding capacity of vilsa villosa to IgA1were detected with ELISA.Results:IgA and IgA1in serum of both HSP and HSPN groups markedly elevated comparing with control groups(P0.05),but the difference between HSP and HSPN group was not statistically significant(P0.05);binding capacity of vilsa villosa to IgA1in HSPN group was significantly higher than that in control group and HSP group(P0.05).Conclusion:Abnormal IgA glycosylation is presented in children with HSPN.
