摘要
校企合作、工学结合是实现高等职业教育人才培养目标的重要途径。山西机电职业技术学院金属材料与热处理技术专业建立了基于"校企合作,工学结合"教学管理体系和实训基地建设模式,提高了人才培养质量,实现了"学生、企业、学校"三赢的运行机制。
It is an important way to realize the talent cultivation goal of higher vocational education through im -plementing college-enterprise cooperation and combination of work -study .In this paper ,the practical training mold and features of students at the heat treatment Practical Training Base was introduced basing on the experimen -tal skills of implementing the college -enterprise cooperation and combination of work -study of Metal Material ＆Heat Treatment specialty .The construction mold of high -quality Practical Training Base was discussed as well as the direction ,supervision and management of the Student Interns .
