摘要
目的:观察与评价心肺复苏视频和问题为基础教学在急诊医学心肺复苏术教学中的应用效果。方法:选择吉林大学2008级临床医学专业84名(七年制42人,八年制42人)学生为研究对象,七年制学生为实验组,八年制学生为对照组。心肺复苏理论课程学习时,实验组在课程开始前发放心肺复苏相关试题,授课过程中播放心肺复苏视频。理论学习结束,实习期间,实验组及对照组学生进行相同的心肺复苏试题考试以及高仿真模拟人心肺复苏术技能操作测试。将两组学生理论考试成绩和操作技能评分分数运用SPSS 11.5统计软件进行分析处理。结果:实验组学生理论考试成绩和操作技能测试平均分高于对照组,两组之间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊心肺复苏教学中结合播放视频和问题导向教学,能够更好的将理论运用于临床实际,对提高医学生心肺复苏技能操作有明显的促进作用,值得在教学工作中推广。
Objective: To evaluate the teaching effects of video combined with PBL in teaching of CPR of emergency medicine. Methods: 84 clinical medical students in 2008 grade (42 of 7-year program, 42 of 8-year program) of Jilin University, who learn emergency medicine were divided into 2 equal groups. 7-year students served as the control group, and 8-year students served as the experimental group. During the learning of CPR theory, only the students of experimental group received the questions relevant to CPR before the class and watched the CPR medical video during the class. After the learning of theory of CPR, all the students received the same tests of the theory and skills of CPR. The scores were given the data-analysis with the software of spss 11.5. Results: The students' scores of theory and skill tests in experimental group are higher than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in theory and skill test scores. ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Medical video combined with PBL in teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency medicine can help the students to integrate theory with practice in the future clinical work. It also has a great effect on helping medical students to improve the quality of doing CPR, being worth promoting in the teaching work.
