摘要
本研究旨在探讨谷氨酰胺及其前体物对松浦镜鲤生长性能、体成分和血清生化指标的影响。选用270尾初始体重(97.33±6.74 g)的松浦镜鲤,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾鱼。在4组植物蛋白饲料中分别添加1.5%的谷氨酰胺(Gln)、α-酮戊二酸(AKG)、鸟氨酸-α-酮戊二酸(OKG)和谷氨酸(Glu),同时以鱼粉组(FM)、植物蛋白组(PM)作为对照,试验周期为60 d。结果表明:全鱼粗水分、脏体比(VSI)、肝体比(HSI)、血清谷氨酰胺含量和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量各组间没有显著差异。AKG组的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和蛋白质沉积率(PDR)分别高于PM组5.96%、14.6%和16.89%,但差异不显著,FM组的WGR、SGR、PDR显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。AKG组的饵料系数(FCR)显著低于其他添加组和PM对照组(P<0.05),与FM对照组的差异不显著。Gln组的全鱼粗灰分显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。Glu组、OKG组和FM组的粗脂肪含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。AKG组、Glu组和Gln组血清中谷氨酸含量高于FM组和PM组,差异极显著(P<0.01)。FM组血清中总蛋白(TP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和总胆固醇(CHOL)含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),其他组之间没有明显差异。综上所述,在本试验条件下,Gln及其前体物对松浦镜鲤的生长性能、体成分和血清生化指标均有一定的影响,其中AKG的作用效果略优于其他添加物,其最适添加浓度有待深入研究。
This experiment was aimed to study the effects of glutamine (Gin) and its precursors (AKG, OCG, Glu) on the growth performance, body composition and plasma biochemical parameters of Songpu mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio specularis). 270 Songpu mirror carps (body weight=(97.33±6.74) g) were randomly divided into 6 dietary treatments triplicate groups and 15 fishes per triplicate. The fish in the 4 groups were fed plant meal with 1.5% Gin, AKG, OKG and Glu, respectively, taking the fish meal (FM) group and the plant meal (PM) group as control. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed that the Gin and its precursors had no significant effect on whole body moisture, hepatosomatic index (HSl), viscerosomatic index (VSI), the glutamine levels and AST levels in plasma. The weight growth rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR) and protein deposition rate (PDR) of AKG group were 5.96%, 14.6% and 5.96%, respectively, higher than those of the PM group, but not significant . The WGR, SGR and PDR of all experimental groups were significantly lower than those of the FM group (P〈0.05). The feed conversion rate (FCR) of AKG group was significantly lower than that of the other experimental groups which involved the PM control group (P〈0.05), while there was no significantly difference with the FM control group. The whole-body crude ash of Gin group was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P〈0.05). The whole-body crude fat of Glu group, OKG group and the FM control group were significantly higher than that of the other groups (P〈0.05). The glutamate levels in plasma of the AKG group, Gin group and Glu group were significantly higher than those of the PM group and FM group (P〈0.01). The TP, ALT and CHOL levels in plasma of FM group were significantly higher than those of the other groups, and there was no significantly difference between the other groups.
