摘要
在水温为23℃的控温水循环系统中,采用2×2双因素方法,研究在豆粕蛋白源和鱼粉与豆粕复合蛋白源饲料(蛋白质水平为28%)中分别添加0和1.5%α-酮戊二酸(AKG)对初始体质量为(217.93±0.78)g的松浦镜鲤Cyprinus carpio Songpu抗氧化能力的影响,每组设5个重复。10周饲养结果表明:在不同蛋白源饲料中添加1.5%AKG显著提高了松浦镜鲤肠道和血清中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),显著降低肠道和血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);豆粕蛋白源中添加AKG显著提高肝脏GSH含量(P<0.05);饲料中添加1.5%的AKG对肝胰脏中其他抗氧化指标和肌肉抗氧化指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。蛋白源和AKG水平对血清SOD活性具有显著交互作用(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加1.5%AKG可以提高松浦镜鲤的抗氧化能力。
A total of 400 Songpu mirror carps (Cyprinus carpio Songpu) with initial body weight of (217.93 ± 0.78) g were random- ly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and fed two protein sources (soybean meal, and fish meal+soybean meal) diets containing two α -ketoglutarate (AKG) levels of 0% and 1.5% at water temperature of 23 ℃ using 2 ~ 2 double factor experimental design or 10 weeks to evaluate effect of α -ketoglutarate supplementation in different protein sources of diets on antioxidant capacity of Songpu mirror carp. The results showed that diets containing AKG led to significantly improve the content of glutathione (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in intestine and serum (P 〈 0.05). There were significant decrease in malondialdehyde (MDA) content in intestine and serum and significant increase in GSH content in hepatopancrase of the fish fed the diets containing AKG (P 〈 0.05 ), especially in soybean meal protein group with AKG supplemented. No significant effect of AKG supplementation on the other antioxidant indicators in hepatopancreas and muscle (P 〉 0.05 ), and protein source and AKG level had a significant interaction effect on serum SOD activity (P 〈 0.05 ). It is concluded that supplementation of 1.5% AKG can improve antioxidant capacity of Songpu mirror carp.
