摘要
通过正交实验设计 ,利用方差分析 ,确定了提取果胶的最佳方案为按干桔皮与质量分数 0 .5 %的HCl的质量比 1∶9投料 ,在 90℃下保温浸提 0 5h。
Using orthogonal experiments and the variance analysis,an optimal method of extracting pectin from orange peel was established.It is soaking the mixture of dried orange peels and mass fraction 0 5% HCl at mass ratio of 19 and extracting at the constant temperature of 90 ℃ for 0 5 h.
