摘要
从低压铸造工艺出发,简要分析了180型发动机气缸体的结构与主要力学性能,从金属型、升液与浇注系统、浇注温度和铸型温度等3个方面对其低压铸造工艺进行分析,最后给出了低压铸造工艺在180型气缸体上的应用效果,论证了低压铸造技术在180型气缸体铸造成型中的优势。
Starting from low-pressure casting process, the structure and mechanical properties of 180-type cylinder block was analyzed, and the low-pressure casting process was analyzed from three aspects of metal mould, liquid liters and pouring system, and pouring temperature and mold temperature etc. Finally, the application effect of low-pressure casting process in 180-type cylinder block was demonstrated, the advantages of low-pressure casting process in 180-type cylinder block were discussed.
