摘要
利用计算机数值模拟技术研究了砂型铸造的传热过程 ,并对实际生产件——东方红 412 5发动机气缸体进行了模拟分析 。
Thermal conductive process in sand casting has been studied by computer numerical simulation technique. The solidification process of the cylinder block of 4125 engine is simula ted. Calculated results are proved to be accordant with practical production.
