脑电双频指数监测在CCU患者镇静治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价脑电双频指数(BIS)监测在重症加强护理病房(CCU)患者镇静治疗中的应用效果。方法纳入需镇静治疗的CCU患者40例,采用丙泊酚靶控输注镇静,同时进行BIS监测和Ramsay评分,并记录靶控输注系统预测的效应部位浓度值(Ce)。结果随着镇静程度的加深,Ramsay评分逐渐增高,Ce值逐渐增加,而BIS逐渐下降,P均<0.05。Spearman等级性相关分析显示,Ramsay评分、Ce值与BIS呈负相关(r=-0.827、-0.836,P均<0.05)。结论 BIS能准确反应镇静深度,可用于CCU镇静深度的监测。
