不同浓度丙泊酚对危重患者镇静深度和血流动力学的影响 被引量:6

摘要 镇静治疗已经成为重症监护室基本规范技术之一。镇静治疗可能不足或过量,且易引起血流动力学变化,因此对于镇静药物血浆浓度和血流动力学的监测十分必要。但ICU患者由于病情严重有创血流动力学监测相当困难且危险,本文利用Bioz.com数字化无创血流动力学监护仪器对ICU患者丙泊酚镇静进行了血流动力学监测,并测定了不同镇静深度的血浆浓度,现报道如下。
