摘要
远程教育因其师生在时空上处于准分离状态,其教师角色自然不同于传统教育教师的角色,比如我国的远程教育通常有三种教师角色:主编(主讲)教师、课程主持教师和辅导教师。但长期以来其定位、角色和职责一直并不清晰,为此就需要在新的历史条件下对此进行重新思考。基于角色理论,采用问卷调查的方式,采集了中央电大课程主持教师目前的工作职能与扮演的角色,并与该群体的角色期望进行对比分析,发现:课程主持教师的工作任务繁重,角色层次模糊不清晰,工作职能偏重课程的行政管理,缺少学科专业方面的发展与提升空间,这些问题都影响了课程主持教师工作的热情与职业发展的积极性。因此,需要将主持教师承担的工作职能进行重新分层,然后为每个级别界定清晰的任职条件与工作任务,为课程主持教师的专业发展提供多元化的发展提升途径。
Because of the quasi separation in time and space between teachers and students, the teach- ers; roles in distance education are different from those of traditional education, which are lecturer or pro- fessor, course host teacher and tutor. However, the definition and the responsibilities of every role of teachers are not distinct. So it's necessary to rethink about the teachers; roles in new situation. Based on the role theory, the study made a survey on the role of course host teacher in China Central Radio ; TV University with questionnaire. By statistics and comparing of the current status and expectation of the course host teachers; role, it finds that course host teachers of CRTVU are over loaded with work and the role hierarchy not clear, which focus more on management than instruction and restricts their working and professional development. These problems affect their enthusiasm of working and career development. Therefore, different roles of course host teachers are needed to be redefined with certain workloads and re- sponsibilities and to design diverse career pathway for diverse demands of the host teacher ;s professional development.
