摘要
目的 建立HPLC法测定杞菊地黄口服液中马钱苷含量的方法.方法 采用HPLC法检测马钱苷,色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil TM-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈:0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:237 nm.结果 马钱苷在0.0402~0.5025 μg范围内线性关系良好(R2=1,n=6);平均加样回收率99.52%,RSD=0.81%.结论 本法准确、可靠、专属性强,适用于杞菊地黄口服液中马钱苷的含量测定.
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of loganin in Qiju Dihuang Oral Liquid. Methods HPLC was used to determine directly loganin in Qiju Dihuang Oral Liquid on Cs column with the mobile phase of CH3CN:0. 1% phosphoric acid solution(15: 85) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.
