摘要
笔者采用高效液相-荧光法检测了柑橘及土壤中的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的农药残留.用60 mL乙腈超声提取,通过离心、旋蒸浓缩、再用N-甲基咪唑和三氟乙酸酐进行衍生化,经由高效液相色谱-荧光检测器(HPLC-FLD)进行检测.结果表明:在0.01~5.0 mg/L稀释范围内甲维盐峰金阳质量浓度与检测器响应峰面积呈良好线性关系,R2=0.9996.添加回收实验中,添加量为0.01~1.0 mg/kg范围内,甲维盐在柑橘及土壤样品中的平均添加回收率为87.06%和90.40%,相对标准偏差分别为2.58%和4.97%.文章法检测甲维盐在柑橘及土壤中的最低检出限为0.01 mg/kg.该方法重复性好、灵敏度高符合农药残留检测要求.
The high performance liquid chromatographic method was described for the determination of Ernalnectin Benzoate in citrus and soil. The citrus and soil samples were ultrasonic-extracted with acetonitrile, and derivatization by NM1M and TFAA under the dark condition. The derivative was detected by HPLC -FLD. The linear relationship of Emamectin Benzoate was found better in the concentration range from 0.01 to 5.0μg/mL with the linear correlation of 0.9996. In the present method, the lowest limit of quantification was 0.01mg/kg. The average recovery varied from 87.06 % to 91.40 %, and the relative standard deviation ranged from 2.58 % to 4.97 %at the addition level of 0.01-1 mg/kg.
