摘要
日本"肯定列表"制度自2006年5月29日实施以来,对我国农产品出口产生了一定影响。2006年我国有400余批次的产品被日本扣留,其中由于农兽药残留超标被扣留的有179批,占总量的37.21%。从药物的使用和日本的限量指标等方面对我国农产品被日本扣留的原因进行了分析,结合目前的农药使用现状,提出了合理的建议,期望能为我国农产品出口提供参考。
Since the implementation of ＂positive list system＂ on May 29 2006 by Japan, our agriculture product export has been greatly influenced. In 2006, more than 400 products were detained by Japan. As the reason is concerned, 179 （37.21% of the total） were due to the exceeding MRLs. The article analyzed the reasons of the agriculture product detained by Japan from the MRLs and the use of chemicals. Considering the present practice of pesticide, we put forward reasonable suggestions, and hope to supply reference for agriculture product export.
