摘要
本文是基于我国2011年颁布的《小学教师专业标准(试行)》中的基本理念和主要内容,对教师依据标准提升自身专业发展进行研究。通过实际调查和理论分析明确在新标准实施下教师在专业发展上存在的问题,并提出具体建议和解决问题的策略。
Based on Professional Standards of Primary School Teachers (trial,2011) ,0 this paper examines me professional development of teachers in primary schools. Through practical investigation and theoretical analysis, the paper clarifies the problems of professional development of teachers under the implementation of the standard, and tries to put forward some suggestions and strategies.
