摘要
目的了解海南省14个疟疾联防市县2010年及2011年抗疟工作报表的报告质量情况和存在的问题。方法收集并整理海南省近两年来14个市县上报的常规抗疟月报表和常规季节性抗疟报表。使用Microsoft Excell 2003数据的录入和整理,计算报表的上报率、及时率、符合率。应用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2011年常规抗疟月报表上报率(χ2=8.599,P<0.05)和及时率(χ2=6.463,P<0.05)均低于2010年,2011年符合率(χ2=8.351,P<0.05)高于2010年。季节性抗疟报表上报率两年相同,符合率(χ2=0.087,P>0.05)2011年低于2010年1.82个百分点。结论抗疟工作报表报告质量不理想。建议不断完善该系统监测报告,提高报告数据的及时性和准确性,以满足抗疟工作规范化与科学化的需要。
Objective To know the quality and the problems of anti-malarial work report forms from 14 counties in Hainan from 2010 to 2011. Methods The conventional anti-malarial monthly reports and the conventional seasonal anti-malarial reports in the last two years of 14 cities and countries in Hainan were collected. Microsoft Excell 2003 was used to deal with the data,and to calculate the reporting rate,in time rate and up to standard rate of the reports. SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The reporting rate （X2=8.599,P〈0.05） and in time rate （X2=6.463, P〈0.05） of the conventional anti-malarial monthly reports in 2011 were lower than 2010,the up to standard rate（x2=8.351, P〈0.05） in 2011 was higher than 2010. the reporting rate of the conventional seasonal anti-malarial was the same for two years,the up to standard rate （X2=0.087,P〉0.05） in 2011 was lower than that of 2010 by 1.82 percentage points. Conclusions The reporting quality of anti-malarial work reports is not good, especially in reporting rate and in timely rate. It is suggested the system monitoring report be perfect and the timeliness and accuracy of the report data be improved, so as to meet the anti-malarial work standardization and scientific needs.
