摘要
金华方言蚯蚓的称谓有三种词形,分别为蟮面、水面、食面。蟮面是金华方言利用汉语的语素、根据汉语的造词方式造成的具有方言特色的词,水面和食面是由于语音近似和语义联想形成的通俗词源。语言地理学在考释方言词源时有重要的价值。
Earthworm which is called＂ qiuyin＂in Mandarin Chinese has three morphologies in Jinhua di- alect： ＂shanmian shuimian＂ and＂ shimian＂.＂ Shanmian＂ is a word full of dialectal characteristics which is created in special Chinese method, and ＂shuimian＂ and＂ shimian＂ are popular etymologies generated from as- sonance traction and semantic association. Linguistic geography plays a pivotal role in investigating and ex- plaining dialect etymologies.
