摘要
本文运用地理语言学的理论和方法,展现了湘东北及湘中部分地区"姑母"称谓形式的地理分布状况,推导了各种称谓类型之间的竞争过程和演变趋势,同时,认为"[to]"类称谓形式中语素"[to]"的本字就是读"唐佐切"的"大"。
This paper describes the geographical distribution of the appellations of 'paternal sister' in the northeastern and central Hunan province,within the framework of the geographical linguistics theory. It proposes that the character da (大) should be the morpheme for the dialectal pronunciation [to].
