摘要
目的:选育适宜加工的四叶参新品种。方法:以四叶参野生与农家种质资源为亲本材料,采用集团混合选择育种方法。结果:育成品种"泰参2号"茎秆绿紫色、粗壮;叶片卵形;地下根圆柱形或纺锤形,根体长、根粗、单根重、高产、根少分枝。新品种示范产量每公顷9 234.45 kg,比对照品种泰参1号平均增产14.69%。结论:"泰参2号"为四叶参开发、加工利用提供了专用品种。
Objective: To breed new variety of Codonopsis lanceolatae Benth. et Hook. F. , which is suitable for processing. Methods: Wild species and local variety were selected as the parent material. Group selection was adapted for breeding new variety "Tai shen 2". Results: sturdily. Its leaf is oval, and its root is cylindric or spindle, The stem of the new variety is greenish-purple and grows long, thick, weight-heavy, high-yield and with few root branch. Yield of new variety "Tai shen 2" is 9 234.45 kg per hm2, increased 14.69% compared with controlled group "Tai shen 1 ".
