摘要
目的考察不同产地不同品种丹参药材的质量。方法采用重量法测定醚浸出物和水浸出物,采用薄层扫描的方法测定丹参酮ⅡA的含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定了总酚酸类成分的含量。结果不同产地不同品种丹参药材的质量有差异,水溶性成分与脂溶性成分含量的相关性不大。结论应根据不同的应用目的在适宜的种植区选用不同的丹参品种从而达到对丹参药材的最佳利用。
Objective To study the quality of radix salviae miltiorrhizae from different habitats and species. Methods The whole quality was valued by cold - soaked extraction way. TLC scanning was used to determine tanshinone Ⅱ-A. UV-spectrophotometric method was used to determine the salvianolic acids. Results There were some distinctions in the quality of radix salviae from different habitats and species. There was little relativity between watersoluble ingredient and liposoluble ingredients. Conclusion To make the best use of radix salviae, appropriate radix salviae should be chosen for different aims.
