摘要
目的：研究品种及生长年限对泰山四叶参多糖含量的影响。方法：采用苯酚 硫酸法测定多糖含量，以葡萄糖为对照品，测定波长490 nm。结果：泰参2号1~4年生多糖含量分别为1028%、1424%、1277%、1127%；泰参3号1~4年生多糖含量分别为1095%、1285%、1413%、1306%。结论：泰山四叶参不同品种多糖含量有差异，泰山2号及3号两品种多糖含量皆高于对照泰参1号。生长年限对泰山四叶参品种多糖含量的影响表现为：生长期1~2年或1~3年随生长年限延长多糖含量逐年增加，2~3年生多糖含量达到高峰，3年以后则表现下降趋势。
