摘要
研究了细乳液聚合工艺制备的硅丙共聚物在皮革离型纸上的应用效果,以提高表面涂层的防水性能,降低其剥离强度,获得高光泽度且性能优良的皮革离型纸。重点探讨了硅丙乳液聚合中,乙烯基聚硅氧烷用量对皮革离型纸剥离强度、Cobb值和光泽度的影响,确定了最佳的乙烯基聚硅氧烷用量。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)表征涂布前后的皮革离型纸的表面形貌。
The application effects of silicone-acrylate miniemulsion polymer on the leather release paper have been studied in order to improve waterproof performance of surface coating and reduce peel strength and obtain high glossiness and excellent performance of leather release paper. It has maily been discussed that the influences of dosage of vinyl polysiloxane during the silicone/acrylic miniemulsion polymerization on the peel strength, Cobb value and glossiness of the coated leather release paper. The optimal parameters have been determined. Besides, the surface morphology of leather release paper was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscope ( AFM ).
