摘要
在实验条件下,针对皮革离型纸的特殊要求如机强度、机耐热性、机耐溶剂性、机剥离强度、机一定的柔性等,对影响皮革离型纸原纸性能的因素如纤维配比、增湿强剂、增干强剂、填料、耐热剂、施胶剂等造纸助剂等进行了多因素多水平的综合研究,得出了皮革离型原纸最佳的实验制备工艺条件。结果表明皮革离型原纸最佳的实验制备工艺条件为:助剂添加顺序为CPAM—PAE—CS—AKD—ZnO—CaCO3;PAE用量1%,CPAM用量0.6%,CS用量取1.4%,AKD用量取0.25%,纤维疏解机转速为1800r/min,疏解时间3min,上网浓度0.1%,压榨压力4MPa,压榨时间2min,干燥温度105℃,干燥时间15min。
In this paper,in allusion to the particular demands of leather release paper such as intensity,heat resistance,solvent resistance,peeling strength,flexibility,etc.Comprehensive research on influencing factors of the Performance of base paper for leather release paper by multi-factor and multi-level experiment is done,such as the ratio of fiber Slurry,wet strength agents,dry strength agent,filler,heat resistance agents,sizing agent,etc.conclusion that optimal process conditions on preparation of base paper for leather release paper is adding order of additives being CPAM-PAE-CS-AKD-ZnO-CaCO3.the amount of additives are PAE 1%,CPAM 0.6%,CS 1.4%,AKD 0.25%,under the conditions of rotation speed of the fiber untwining machine 1800r/min,untwining duration of 3 min,paper making pulp consistency 0.1%,wet-pressing pressure 4MPa,squeeze duration of 3 min,the best drying temperature 105℃,dry time 15min.
