摘要
目的探讨护士工作倦怠与心理资本的关系,旨在降低护士的工作倦怠。方法以整群随机取样方法,抽取西安某军队综合性医院的473名护士为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、心理资本问卷(PCQ-24)、工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)进行调查研究。结果护士工作倦怠在人口学变量上存在差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);护士心理资本与工作倦怠各维度呈显著负相关(P<0.01);心理资本对工作倦怠有较明显的负向预测作用。结论提升护士的心理资本可以减少工作倦怠的发生。
[ Objective ] To explore the relationship between job burnout and psychological capital of nurses, reduce the level of job burnout in nurses. [ Methods ] By using the random cluster sampling, 473 nurses were collected from a military general hospital in Xi 'an City. The general situation questionnaire, the Psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ-24 ) and the Maslach burnout invento- ry-general survey ( MBI-GS) were used for the investigation. [ Results] There was significant difference in job burnout of nurses be- tween demographic variables (P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ). The psychological capital of nurses had a significant negative correlation with every dimension of job burnout ( P 〈 0.05 ). The psychological capital had significant negative prediction effect on job burnout. [ Conclusion]To enhance nurses'psychological capital can reduce the incidence of job burnout.
