摘要
图书馆组织气候是馆员所感知的图书馆组织环境特性,对馆员的工作表现产生直接影响,进而影响读者服务质量。加强制度管理,提高领导力,培育良好人际关系和馆员归属感,工作赋权鼓励创新等是培养图书馆良性组织气候的有效方式。
Organizational climate is that organizational members perceived characteristics of organizational environment, it can affect the organization performance, and thus affect the organization performance. Strengthening the management system, crea- ting a good interpersonal relationship, cultivating the librarians'sense of belonging and encouraging librarians continuous learning are the effective way to improve the organizational climate of library.
