摘要
对石英谐振式力传感器加载机构进行了理论分析,给出了以柔性铰链为基础的加载机构的数学模型。理论分析及实验结果表明:机构产生盘差的主要原因是绞链处有微小的拉压变形;在机构中和传感器接触的横梁上存在一个不受偏载影响的点,通过改变传感器在机构中的位置到达该点,可以消除盘差。
This paper carries out theoretical analysis of load mechanism of quartz resonant force sensor, and gives mathematical models of lode mechanism formed by flexible hinge. Theoretical analysis and experimental result show that the main reason why mechanism has four-corner error is having minute stretch-contract distortion, and there being a point that does not affected by slanting load on the beam contacted by sensor in the mechanism, by moving sensor to the point four-corner error can be removed.
