摘要
本文介绍了石英谐振式为传感器在比较容易失效的应力下的寿命试验的设计,并用图估法和最佳线性无偏法(BLUE)估计其寿命分布参数,得到了传感器的寿命分布模型.
Abstract In this paper, life test of quartz resonant force sensor under destructive force isdesigned. The life distribution of this kind of sensor is obtained through analyzing test re-sult by graphical analysis method and best linear unbiased estimate method (BLUE).
