摘要 角质酶(EC3.1.1.74)是一种可以降解角质的水解酶,可水解可溶性酯、不溶性甘油三酯和各种聚酯,同时还能催化酸与醇的酯化、脂肪酸盐与醇的转酯化反应。由于其目前在纺织工业、食品工业、农药化学工业等方面具有极为广泛的应用,引起国内外广泛研究。该文就目前角质酶在育种、诱导、表达和酶活性测定,以及应用推广等方面进行了较详尽的分析阐述。 Cutinase (EC 3.1.1.74) is a hydrolase that is able to catalyze the cleavage of ester bonds of cutin and can hydrolyse a variety of soluble synthetic esters, insoluble triglycerides and polyesters. At present, for the cutinase has been very widely used in textile, food and pesticide chemical industries, it have been caused extensively study at domestic and overseas. The problems of microbial breeding, mutation breeding, inducing breeding, expression of cutinase, the determination of enemy activity, the application ofcutinase in industries and other aspects were discussed in detail.
