摘要
介绍了碱性脂肪酶在二次纤维回用过程中的地位,研究了ONP/OMG混合废纸的碱性脂肪酶与几种表面活性剂协同脱墨的最佳工艺条件,通过测定脱墨浆的白度、尘埃度及脱墨废水的污染负荷,对其进行了综合评价。正交试验结果表明,当反应温度35℃,浆浓8%,时间30min,脂肪酶用量为0.75u.g-1时,复配AEO-9用量0.3%,OP-10用量0.1%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)用量0.10%,脱墨浆的白度能够达到52.01%ISO,尘埃度186.5mm2.m-2,而脱墨废水的可生化性也远远高于传统的化学法脱墨废水。
The paper described the importance of the alkali lipase in the recycled waste paper of ONP/ OMG. The cooperative deinking impact of the alkai lipase with surfactants was evaluated by determining the brightness, dirt and the pollution of the waste water. The results indicated that the temperature is 35℃, pulp consistency is 8%, the time is 30min, the alkali lipase charge is 0.75u·g^-1, the AEO-9 charge is 0.3%, the OP-10 charge is 0.1%, the LAS charge is 0.10%, the brightness of deinkde pulp can reach 52.01%ISO, and the dirt is 186.5 mm^2·m^-2, the waste water is more easy to manage than chemical deinking.
