摘要
对水解酸化工艺处理半化学浆制浆废水的功效进行试验分析,利用厌氧折流板反应器改善水力条件,有效提高半化学浆制浆废水的可生化性。研究结果表明,在水温为28℃,水力停留时间为8h时,可将进水BOD5/CODcr的值由0.2~0.3提高到0.4~0.5,有效促进后续生化处理。认为厌氧折流板反应器在处理造纸工业废水中有宽广的应用前景。
An analysis of the effect of hydrolysis-acidification process in treating the effluent of semi-chemical pulp was made and a study on improving the waterpower condition and the biodegradability of the semi-chemical pulp effluent by using the anaerobic baffled reactor was carried out. The findings show that the value of BOD/CODcr was improved from 0.2-0.3 to 0.4-0.5 when wastewater temperature was about 28℃ and hydraulic residence time was 8h., so the process accelerated the following biochemical treatment effectively. The research indicates that the anaerobic baffled reactor has a wide application prospect in the effluent treatment of the paper industry.
