摘要
中高密度纤维板生产厂木材加工废水经过混凝压滤-沼气化预处理后,COD_(Cr)脱除率可达到72%,但废水中有机物含量、SS等指标仍较高,不能直接排放。通过厌氧(缺氧)/好氧(A/O)工艺对混凝压滤除渣-沼气化预处理后的木材加工废水进行处理后,COD脱除率可达到92%,继续通过类电絮凝-电芬顿的电催化氧化工艺进行深度处理。结果表明:COD_(Cr)、SS去除率分别可达到97%和99%以上,出水COD可降至100 m/L以下且水质稳定,达到GB 8979—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。部分出水可回用于前端木片水洗用水,部分出水达标排放。
After pretreatment by coagulation,pressure filtration and anaerobic treatment,the COD removal rates of the Medium/High density fiberboard(M/HDF)processing wastewater could reach 72%.But the organic content and SS of the wastewater are still so high that can’t discharge directly.A new combined technique known as Anoxic/Oxic(A/O)-electric catalytic oxidation technology is taken to treat the M/HDF processing wastewater.The COD removal rates could reach 92%through A/O technology.After further processing such as Electric-Flocculation-like and Electric-Fenton-like,the COD and the SS removal rates could reach 97%and 99%respectively,the effluent COD can be reduced to less than 100 mg/L.All quality indexes of the final effluents could meet the first category integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8979—1996)after treatment.Part of the effluents can be reused as wood washing water,part of the effluents can be discharged directly.
