摘要
大学生兼职赚"外快"是劳动社会的缩影也是新时代校园的普遍现象,然而因身处法制、教育双不管地带,发展遭遇诸多问题。采用调查研究和数据分析方法对兼职大学生"工资权"保护现状及原因进行解析,并借鉴外国立法先进经验提供促进大学生兼职健康发展的有效对策和解决方法。
College students＇working part-time to earn extra income , a microcosm of our society , is very com-mon on today＇s campus; however , they often meet with many problems since it is beyond the regulations of law . This paper , based on investigation and research and data analysis , probes into the current situation of protecting those students＇right of wages and causes , complete with some effective countermeasures and solutions by referring to advanced experience of foreign countries .
