摘要
随着市场经济的不断深入发展,无论是从社会资源优化配置的角度,还是从用人单位的用人需求以及劳动人员个人附加值的实现角度来说,"兼职"似乎一定程度上成为了"人尽其才,物尽其用"的代名词。在兼职劳动者的庞大队伍中,在校大学生可以说是其中的一群另类"劳动者",他们在享用兼职带来的诸多利益价值的同时,无可避免的需要接受许多社会副产品,如报酬过低、机会匮乏、维权无门等等。本文旨在通过对学生兼职的法律问题研究,为学生劳动权益的保护提供一些希冀。
As part - time laborers, undergraduates form a unique part of the work force.While their temporary jobs bring them some income, they have to buy many social byproducts, including low pay, lack of opportunity, difficulty in safeguarding their legitimate rights and interest. This paper deals with the legal issues concerning undergraduates taking part - time jobs with a view to promoting legal protection of the working students.
