摘要
利用平板透明圈法,从高黎贡山百花岭地区土壤中筛选到23株产淀粉酶的菌株,它们在淀粉选择平板上都产生明显的淀粉水解透明圈。23株菌的水解圈直径与菌落直径之比约在1.9-5.5之间。这些产淀粉酶菌株的获得为进一步研究淀粉酶的酶活性、产酶条件优化等相关性质奠定了一定的基础。
Flat transparent circle method is used to sift 23 bacteria strains of amylases produced in the soil from Baihualing in Gaoligong mounts. And they produce amylolysis transparent circle on the starch selection plate. The rate of diameters of the hydrolysis circle and the bacteria colony is 1.9-5.5. These bacteria strains lay the foundation for further study on the relative properties about the enzymatic activity and optimal conditions for amylase production.
