摘要
室温条件下合成了1个结构新颖的一维链状配位聚合物[Cd(BBTH)(SCN)_2]_n(BBTH=1,6–双(苯并三氮唑)己烷),通过元素分析、红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射和热分析方法对其结构和性质进行了表征和研究,利用X-射线单晶衍射测定了[Cd(BBTH)(SCN)_2]_n的晶体结构,采用菌落直径法研究了配体和配合物对腐皮镰刀真菌的抑菌性。X-射线单晶衍射结果表明,晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/c,配体BBTH以μ_2–桥联模式连接无机链构成一维有机无机链,相邻的一维有机无机链通过弱的π-π作用堆积为二维的层状结构,然后该π-π相互作用使二维层进一步堆积成三维超分子结构。配体和配合物对腐皮镰刀真菌的生长都具有一定的抑制作用,且配合物对腐皮镰刀真菌的抑制作用较配体BBTH更强。
A novel one - dimensional cadmium coordination polymer [Cd(BBTH)(SCN)_2]_n, (BBTH=1,6 - bis(benzotriazole)hexane) has been synthesized at room temperature. It has been investigated by elementalanalysis, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis andX - ray single - crystal diffraction. In addition, the antibacterial activity of the ligand and its complexagainst fusarium solani were studied by using colony diameter method. The results show that the complexcrystallizesin the monoclinic system with space group P2 (1)/c with an infinite one - dimensional organicinorganic chain structure constructed from one - dimensional inorganic chain and μ_2 - bridging 1,6 - bis(benzotriazole)hexane (BBTH). Further, the adjacent one - dimensional chains are extended into two-dimensional layered structures, which are further linked to three-dimensional supramolecular structures,through π-π stacking interactions.
